We keep a regular sleep schedule, don’t skip meals, and stop to pet friendly cats and dogs
What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Both house-wolves and house-panthers telegraph their emotions. Pay attention and don’t stick your hand in their face nor stare at them!

I enjoy UNSTRUCTURED time watching our hummingbird feeding stations, and the drama it entails!

Dog biscuits? There’s ALWAYS time to sell dog treats at the Handicraft House.

What are the most important things needed to live a good life?
There’s a lot of cliches & aphorisms to choose from. Stoicism is a mindset that I can support. And meditation in all its forms can help one be comfortable in one’s own skin.
Dogs take on the temperament of their humans (let’s not kid myself: healthy breed selection is a factor).
I maintain there’s no bad dogs. Just weak humans (pack leaders). Be a better person for your family and the pack.
