Today’s market experienced +41C humidex conditions. Gusting winds. And overheating patrons. We enjoyed the event and are REALLY glad to be recovering in our (Evolve Builders Grp. [Guelph]) strawbale home in the forest. Cooks, your Mitsubishi heat-pump is providing cooling relief!
What’s something you used to believe as a kid that seems ridiculous now?
…for sale at the Owen Sound Farmer’s Market. My childhood fear of west coast, British Columbian Lysichiton americanus was odd. They just looked like they attracted flies for consumption. They here was a memorable Scientific American article about the plant. It has heat generating tissue thet allows it to poke through spring snow and attract its pollinators. Flying insects! Hell, according to the forbidden website of knowledge (wikipedia link here), bears eat it as a natural laxative post hibernation.
In the meantime, drop by the market to pick up animal treats.

We want to offer dog treats, comfortable (pup) jackets, 3D printed kit, paw wax, books, and human-hats. And that means selling our wares. Success? Ask us again at the end of the season!!
